System Set-Up

Security / Authorized Users

  • Individual "User Accounts" are built into the system via the User Set-Up screens
  • Each User Account may be assigned access by facility and department(s)
  • Each User Account is assigned specific "roles" & "rights" within each department
  • Each User Account will be encoded with a password. This password may be set to automatically expire after a defined number of days
  • Each User Account may be set to "auto log-off" after a defined number of minutes of inactivity
  • User login history tracks user /workstation activity
  • Activity Audit Log provides for tracking all user activity within the system
  • Activity log can be search by date range, user account and action type
